I am a forest and global change ecologist in the Gough lab investigating how disturbance impacts carbon cycling in temperate forests and tidal freshwater wetlands. I use eddy-covariance flux tower technology, remote sensing tools, and plant physiological measurements to examine how age, succession, climate, and disturbance interact to impact ecosystem structure and function.
